Mitch Barnhardt, Chairman
Mitch Barnhart is Director of Athletics at the University of Kentucky, a position he has held since July 2002. His professional history includes four successful years as Athletic Director at Oregon State University just prior to coming to the University of Kentucky. Additionally he has spent 12 years in various leadership positions at the University of Tennessee, Southern Methodist University and San Diego State University. Read More »





Mike Novak, Director
The design for Mike Novak’s life was in place before his birth, but the weaving of it began when he was attending Modesto Junior College in Modesto, California. He needed an elective and a friend suggested a broadcasting class. As part of the class, he hosted a weekly radio show on the college station. He had the voice, and he was good at it. EMF Director Larry Moody wears several ministry hats. As President of Search Ministries, Larry Moody works in an outreach to adults that seeks to equip the laity in the area of lifestyle evangelism and discipleship. He co-labors with 52 staff members in 32 cities throughout the United States, speaking weekly in a variety of settings from Sunday school classes, evangelism seminars, Bible studies and home groups.
