Elisa's journey into ministry was definitely a Divine calling. Aster twenty years in the financial industry as a Banking Executive, she found that she was losing her passion for the field. She felt called to spend some time evaluating her career and what she discovered was a deep rooted desire to serve. Her new journey would leader her to International Cooperating Ministries where she took on the role of the Director of Ministry Advancement for a season. Little did Elisa know that God would once again introduce her to change.

In 2009, she was invited to interview for a position within the Philanthropy Department for K-LOVE and Air1. After much prayer and consideration, she accepted the position and has found that the ministry has deepened her walk with God.

Elisa enjoys spending time with her husband, Dan and daughter Hayley at their home in Virginia Beach. In her leisure time she likes to run, cook, read her bible and is taking guitar lessons in the hopes of joining her church's worship band someday.
